I hope the first weeks of the new year are finding you right where you're supposed to be. February was Heart Month. It is our obligation as women to know about our hearts and take care of them. My personal blog gives details on the symptoms of a heart attack, what to do, and how to prevent them.
As we march into March, let's remember to follow our dreams, reach out to those around us, and encourage those who are going through hard times. We live in a world that can suck the life out of us if we allow it. Take time to embrace God's beauty, read His Word, and listen to His Voice.

We just found out our 46 yr. old neighbor passed away today. He was playing soccer and collapsed and died from a heart attack. So sad, as they have 3 kids. However, thanking God he was a Christian.
ReplyDeleteDebra, I'm so sorry for the family's loss. How precious life is. He was doing what he loved during his last moments, and now he is with the Lord. Now is the time, Debra, to reach out to the hurting family. And for us, let's familiarize outselves with the symptoms of a heart attack.
